Project Supervisor

 
My client, an established business within the mining/resources sector is looking for a ‘Project/Site Supervisor’ to join their team on a short-term basis.
 
Role:                      Project Supervisor
Salary:                   Around $50/hr - $60/hr + super
Type:                     3 months (approximately)
Location:                Lower North Shore – Sydney

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Ultimately accountable for effective planning and execution of supervised works conducted on site
• Contractor Management/Supervision
• Works planning and contractor engagement
• Permit issuing and management
• Traffic management planning and coordination
• Manage stakeholder engagement both internally and externally
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards operating procedures
• Lead safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety requirements
• Site Foreman for multiple works

Job Requirements

• A background in construction
• Experience doing a similar role (Site Manager/Supervisor etc.)
• Contractor Management experience
• Ability to work independently
• Strong stakeholder management
• Committed attitude and knowledgeable with all things Work Health and Safety
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
