Locations:  Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra (ACT), or Victoria

The key duties of the role will include:

  • Assisting in project management and coordination activities.
  • Contributing to the development and management of project plans and schedules.
  • Supporting strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Training new staff to enhance team knowledge and capability.
  • Providing advice and technical expertise on specific project areas.
  • Conducting research, analysis, and preparing reports on project activities.
  • Drafting a range of documentation, including business cases and executive briefs.
  • Monitoring budgets, reviewing expenditures, and assisting with procurement and contract management.
  • Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and benefits.
  • Maintaining stakeholder relationships to ensure project alignment and success.
To be suitable for this role you will have: 
  • Strong customer service support skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and frameworks.
  • The ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Personal resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management capabilities.
Knowledge Requirements
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management frameworks and policies.
  • Familiarity with service models, agency programs, and relevant legislation.
  • Knowledge of privacy, ethics, workplace health, and safety protocols.
