Deliver a high-impact digital transformation project in a major government department. This contract role offers the opportunity to lead the implementation of an enterprise-level Risk Management System while driving change across complex stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the Risk Management Software implementation in line with project scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead the development and execution of a change management plan, including training, testing and communications.
• Coordinate internal teams, IMTD and vendors to ensure smooth integration into the department’s environment.
• Prepare and maintain high-quality project documentation for governance and decision-making.
• Oversee key phases including data migration, testing, go-live and hypercare support.
• Provide regular progress reporting to the Project Sponsor and Project Control Board.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience leading ICT implementation projects in large or government organisations.
• Demonstrated capability in change management for system transitions or enterprise applications.
• Understanding of GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) systems is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes.
• Formal qualifications in Project Management and/or Change Management are preferred.
