Project Engineer | Senior Project Engineer - Rail

The Track Renewals Engineer is required to provide skills relevant to enable the successful study and delivery of track renewal and upgrade projects. Development, design, review and delivery of track, civil, signalling and communications designs and construction scopes of work are all accountabilities for this position.

Expertise Required

Qualifications:
•  Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (or equivalent) – Civil or Mechanical preferable.
•    Current full Western Australian “C” class motor vehicle license.

Skills:
•    Proven commitment to safety.
•    Ability to identify and mange risks.
•    Ability to build positive and sustaining relationships.
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
•    Understanding of Core Engineering and Project Management processes.

Experience:
•    Minimum 2 years experience in similar Rail Project roles.
•    Knowledge of rail road track maintenance and track renewal practices.
•    Knowledge of civil and track design.
•    Strong experience in railroad track maintenance operations.
•    Strong experience in project delivery and project governance.
