About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Project Advisor to join a collaborative government branch responsible for overseeing investigations into misconduct and reportable conduct matters relating to child safety and employee behaviour.
This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across critical operational activities. It offers the opportunity to work on programs with lasting social impact in a high-integrity and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of investigations and compliance activities under the Reportable Conduct Scheme
  • Plan and manage project workstreams and ensure timely delivery of outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of system and process improvements
  • Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration and transparency
  • Prepare clear documentation including briefs, reports, and correspondence
  • Promote and uphold the Victorian Public Sector Values in all areas of work
About You
You will bring:
  • Strong project coordination and delivery skills (ideally within a regulatory or government environment)
  • Proven ability to adapt in fast-paced, complex settings
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience or interest in child safety, regulatory practice, or the early childhood sector (desirable)
  • A strong sense of ethics, discretion, and sound judgement
Requirements
  • Working with Children Check (mandatory)
  • Qualification or relevant experience in early childhood, education, or government projects (desirable)
