Our client, Australia’s number one baking manufacturer, is expanding their dynamic team and looking for reliable, enthusiastic individuals to jump on board!

About the Role:
You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks across the production process, including:

• Quality assurance
• Loading and unloading baking tins
• Operating baking equipment
• Cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards
• Other general production duties

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking candidates who have experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments and a strong desire to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will:

• Have excellent attention to detail
• Work well in a team and independently
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Be flexible to work rotating rosters, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, as well as weekends

To be successful, you must:

• Hold a current driver’s licence
• Be available for on-call shifts
• Be physically fit – this is a fast-paced, hands-on role
• Be reliable and punctual
• Be willing to undergo drug & alcohol testing
• Food production experience is highly regarded but not essential
