PROCUREMENT STORESPERSON
Location: Two Wells, SA
Salary:$70,000 – $80,000 + Super
Hours: Flexible full-time (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Are you an experienced storesperson or procurement officer with a strong background in stock control, purchasing, and inventory management? We’re looking for a reliable and organised Procurement Storesperson to support a busy maintenance team at a large-scale farming operation in Two Wells.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure the right parts are on hand, systems are up to date, and procurement runs smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for managing stock levels, liaising with suppliers, and keeping the maintenance team supported with the parts and materials they need to get the job done.

About the Role Reporting to the Maintenance Planner, you’ll take ownership of procurement and stores functions, including ordering, stock control, supplier coordination, and supporting the use of the MEX maintenance system. Your work will directly support maintenance efficiency and help keep operations running without delay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage spare parts procurement and maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, orders, and part usage using MEX.
  • Receive and dispatch parts and materials, ensuring correct documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to source and order materials in a timely manner.
  • Assist with generating maintenance KPIs and system updates.
  • Support contractor inductions and site access where required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the maintenance team.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years' experience in a procurement, stores, or stock control role.
  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
  • Good computer skills with the ability to learn systems like MEX and/or Business Central.
  • Clear communication and strong attention to detail.
  • A team player who can manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Experience in maintenance or agricultural settings (advantageous but not essential).
