We’re partnering with a growing, privately owned business based in North Brisbane that supplies goods across the South Pacific region, particularly to the mining and construction sectors. Due to continued growth, they’re seeking a Procurement Officer to join their close-knit team and help drive procurement and account service functions.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is looking for a long-term position with real growth potential.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing procurement across a wide range of goods and services for clients across Australia and the South Pacific
  • Building relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating replenishment
  • Handling sales order processing and quote generation for a small portfolio of regular B2B clients
  • Producing reports and contributing to procurement strategy and improvements
  • Navigating ambiguity - working in an environment where you can shape processes and make your mark

What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles
  • Confidence in B2B client management or internal account servicing
  • Product knowledge in trades, building, plumbing, or electrical is a bonus
  • Comfortable using systems like Microsoft Office, with exposure to Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-moving workplace
  • Someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of their work, and grow into a future leadership position

What to look forward to:
  • Salary up to $100K + Super
  • Stable, full-time role with long-term progression on offer
  • Free onsite parking
  • Future hybrid work flexibility
  • Possibility of occasional travel to PNG or other regional locations
  • Supportive, collaborative team
  • A company where culture, attitude, and initiative are genuinely valued
