Job Title: Process Management Specialist
Location:  Melbourne, Vic
Contract duration: 3-6 months 
Pay Rate:$800-$1000 per day, + super (based on experience)

As the Process Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, optimising, and streamlining processes across the organisation. Reporting to the Manager – Process, Change & Training, you will work closely with stakeholders to create practical and effective processes that make work easier for everyone.

About You:
You’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, excellent facilitation skills, and a passion for process improvement. You excel at turning complex processes into clear, user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritise process improvement opportunities using strategic initiatives as a foundation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and document clear, easy-to-adopt processes.
  • Facilitate process mapping and improvement workshops with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain and enhance process documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and templates.
  • Ensure processes are integrated with wider business operations and aligned with organisational goals.
  • Develop practical tools and materials to support process adoption and change management.

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in business process improvement, mapping, and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into practical resources.
  • Demonstrated success facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders in process design.
  • Ability to identify and deliver opportunities for process optimisation and alignment.
  • Independent and collaborative approach in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
