People & Culture Advisor (Part-Time) – Milton
We’re seeking a People & Culture Advisor
to join our client in a newly created role designed to support continued growth. This is a part-time, flexible opportunity for an experienced HR generalist who thrives in a values-led, collaborative environment.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Director – People and Culture, you’ll provide advisory support to both Team Leaders and team members across all stages of the employee lifecycle. This includes HR compliance, policy advice, onboarding/offboarding, L&D coordination, culture and wellness initiatives, and performance development. We’re looking for someone who can build strong relationships, work independently, and contribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise leaders and employees on HR policies, performance, and employee relations
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, movements, and exits
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, training, and performance processes
- Support Diversity & Inclusion, Reconciliation Action Plan, and wellness initiatives
- Administer L&D programs and deliver non-technical training (e.g., goal setting, recruitment)
- Coordinate reward and recognition programs
- Support HR data and analytics for reporting and insights
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices and culture initiatives
About You:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR or advisory role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly self-sufficient – no micromanagement needed
- Committed to inclusive, values-led people practices
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a growing business
- Relevant qualifications in HR or Business (desirable)
Key Details:
- Part-time (3 days/week or spread across 4–5 days)
- Location: Milton (New Office)
- 3 days in-office, potential for 1-day WFH
