Payroll Consultant:
We’re working with a leading outsourced payroll provider that’s known for its people-first culture and long-standing client relationships. They’re on the lookout for a friendly, social, and proactive Payroll Consultant to join their growing team.
Based just outside Brisbane’s CBD, the role offers a flexible hybrid model — 3 days WFH, 2 in the office — and plenty of support to grow your career.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be part of a tight-knit Managed Payroll team, working alongside client services to deliver accurate, efficient payroll support. You’ll be in regular contact with clients and your team, so being a great communicator and team player is key.
Day-to-day tasks include:

• End-to-end payroll processing (staff changes, leave, terminations)
• Resolving STP issues
• Manual calculations for audits, terminations, and adjustments
• Super payments and reconciliation
• Handling client queries by phone and email
• Supporting the team with more complex cases and data tasks

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing
• Confident using HRIS systems
• Bubbly, approachable, and easy to talk to (you'll be interacting with clients and the team daily)
• Someone who enjoys working in a team and brings a positive, can-do attitude
