Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day

Preferred Time Slot:
12:00pm – 4:00pm (other options: 11am–3pm or 1pm–5pm)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Support / Data Entry professional to join our clients team on a short-term contract basis. This role is perfect for someone looking for part-time hours in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scanning and filing delivery documents
  • General administration and data entry tasks
  • Light receptionist duties including answering calls and greeting visitors
  • Sorting and processing of load packs
  • Archiving records and documentation
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
