Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day

12:00pm – 4:00pm (other options: 11am–3pm or 1pm–5pm)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Support / Data Entry
professional to join our clients team on a short-term contract basis. This role is perfect for someone looking for part-time hours in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scanning and filing delivery documents
- General administration and data entry tasks
- Light receptionist duties including answering calls and greeting visitors
- Sorting and processing of load packs
- Archiving records and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
