Chandler Macleod is proud to partner with MATelec Australia, a respected Australian manufacturer in the electrical and industrial sector, to recruit a full-time Media Specialist based in Shepparton.

This is a newly created role for a creative and technically skilled individual with a passion for visual storytelling. As Media Specialist, you will lead the development of high-quality photo, video, and multimedia content that strengthens and enhances MATelec’s brand and communications across a range of platforms.

 

About the Role

As a key member of the Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for producing engaging, brand-aligned visual content from concept through to final delivery. Your work will support internal communications, digital campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.

You must be comfortable working onsite in Shepparton and be willing to travel occasionally for on-location shoots.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Capture, edit, and deliver high-quality video and photographic content
• Operate professional video, lighting, and audio equipment
• Edit content using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Develop motion graphics and visual assets that align with brand standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute content projects
• Script, storyboard, and manage end-to-end production schedules
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual media
• Coordinate shoots onsite and offsite as required
• Organise and manage digital media assets and files

About You

Skills and Experience

• Advanced photography and videography skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong visual storytelling and multimedia production skills
• Experience with professional camera and audio equipment
• Ability to storyboard, script, and develop basic animations
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Clear communicator with a collaborative approach
• Creative, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects
• Open to feedback and continuous learning
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Shepparton
• Some travel required

Please note: This is a full-time onsite role based in Shepparton. Applicants must either reside locally or be prepared to relocate prior to commencing the position.
