📍  Location:  Burwood, NSW

🕒  Hours:  Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Onsite only)

💼  Type:  Permanent, Full-Time On-Site

 

About the Role:

 

As the Marketing Manager, you'll take charge of the entire marketing division, managing brand presence, campaigns, and lead generation strategies. You'll shape and deliver the marketing roadmap, create purposeful content, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to increase visibility and business outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the full Marketing Plan, calendar, and budgets
• Create engaging content across digital and traditional platforms
• Manage photoshoots, video production, and creative asset design
• Generate leads via Google Ads, social media, and digital channels
• Lead PR and branding initiatives to strengthen market presence
• Analyse performance metrics and make strategic recommendations
• Identify new marketing opportunities across platforms and media

 

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management
• Strong project marketing and stakeholder engagement background
• Experience in construction, development, or real estate (highly desirable)
• Expertise in digital marketing and content creation
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver insights from analytics
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing or Communications
