We’re seeking a commercially minded and analytically driven marketing professional to join a small but high-performing team. The role will be advertised as Marketing Growth & Strategy Lead – D2C, but the successful candidate will hold the internal title of Head of Marketing. While this is a senior role, it does not include people management responsibilities.
Instead, we’re looking for someone who can confidently lead marketing strategy and execution, identify opportunities for growth, and play a pivotal role in our international expansion, particularly into the US, UK, and EU markets.
This role requires a self-starter who can hit the ground running, independently assessing what’s working and what isn’t, and make strategic, data-backed decisions with clear rationale. Your ability to take initiative, challenge the status quo, and confidently steer marketing direction will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across Australia, the US, UK, and EU
- Identify and act on areas for commercial growth and performance improvement without needing close direction
- Shape and drive the brand’s positioning, campaign development, and international strategy
- Develop clear, data-backed recommendations for campaign direction, targeting, creative testing, and spend allocation
- Own go-to-market strategy for new product drops, seasonal campaigns, and collabs
- Align marketing efforts with international trends, cultural nuances, and local consumer behaviour
- Collaborate with the creative, content, social, and retention teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution
- 5+ years in senior digital marketing roles, ideally within streetwear, fashion, or high-growth D2C brands
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and clearly communicate your reasoning and strategic approach
- Deep understanding of performance marketing platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube)
- Proficient in tools such as Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, Meta Suite, and CRO platforms
- Experience with international expansion is highly desirable, particularly into the UK, US, or EU
- Highly autonomous and self-directed - able to step into a fast-paced environment and drive progress without needing extensive onboarding
- Commercially savvy, with a strong ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes
- Culturally fluent and confident contributing to a close-knit, energetic team culture
- Salary Guide: $120K–$140K + Super (open for the right candidate)
