Chandler Macleod has been asked by a leading poultry producer in Australia to source a qualified Electrician to join their Maintenance team at the company’s processing plant.

About the opportunity
Your primary responsibility will be to install, maintain, and repair all electrical installations including machinery throughout the Processing Plant.

What you’ll bring

• Current WA A-Grade Electrical Licence
• Advanced Certificate or AQF Diploma in Electrotechnology with experience
• Australian work rights
• Knowledge and experience in the maintenance of a range of electrical machinery
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Ability to keep accurate maintenance records
• Knowledge and experience of refrigeration maintenance (preferable)
• Knowledge and experience of PLC Controls (preferable)
• Knowledge and experience of meat processing electrical machinery (preferable)

• $49.41 p/h ordinary rate 
• 15% afternoon shift allowance
• 25% night shift allowance
• Saturday overtime available paid at overtime rate
• Tool allowance ($20.96 p/w)
• First Aid Allowance ($19.76 p/w only applicable if current)
• Electrician Allowance   ($28.60 p/w)
• 12% Superannuation
• 3 shift system consisting of 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday
