Machine Operator – Albury
12-Hour Rotating Roster | Full Availability Required

We are seeking Machine Operators to join our team at our Albury site. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, safety-conscious individuals looking for stable, hands-on work in a manufacturing environment.
Position Details

• Roster: 12-hour shifts, including weekends (full availability essential)
• Shift Times: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (day shift) and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (night shift)

About the Role:
Successful candidates will be trained to operate machinery on a PE extrusion production line. The line includes:

• PE Extrusion machine
• Water-controlled vacuum chamber
• Haul-off machine
• Saw
• Coiler machine or manual crating

Duties Include:

• Training to operate all components of the PE extrusion line
• Operating forklifts to move raw materials and finished products (Forklift licence essential)
• Manual labour tasks, including nailing timber crates
• Conducting hourly inspections of the product and recording all findings
• Promptly reporting any quality issues to the team leader
• Working collaboratively as part of a team on a rotating 12-hour shift pattern that covers evening shifts and weekends
• Strictly adhering to all safety standards to ensure the wellbeing of yourself and your team

Key Requirements:

• Valid Forklift Licence (essential)
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong focus on quality and safety
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
