Chandler Macleod is thrilled to partner with Beon Energy Solutions, a prominent leader in the design, construction, and commissioning of large-scale solar farms across Australia.

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Solar Farm Labourers for the Quorn Park Hybrid Solar Project near Parkes, NSW. This exciting opportunity is slated to commence in August 2025.

About the Role 

• Employment Duration: Approximately 4-6 months
• Hourly Rate: $35 to $36 per hour, plus superannuation, overtime, and allowances
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 56 hours per week

 
Key Responsibilities

• Erecting and mounting mechanical tracking system
• Installation of PV Solar Panels
• Use of both hand and power tools
• Lifting, relocating, and restocking materials, along with basic assembly
• General site cleaning and labouring duties
• Engaging in physically demanding tasks and manual handling with meticulous attention to detail
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations on-site.

Qualifications and Experience

• Drivers licence is preferred but not essential
• Construction induction card
• Previous experience working within the construction or renewable energy sectors is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
