  • 3-4 month temporary role
  • Working Monday to Friday, 20 hours / week

About the Role:

The Label Coordinator role involves coordinating label orders, managing relabelling with warehouses and tracking progress.

Label Coordinator will have strong organisational skills to manage our short-term labelling processes.

Scope:
  • Assist in harmonising Poison 5&6 labelling (approx. :25-35 products, 45,000-65,000 units to relabel)
  • Support New Zealand relabelling for EPA/GHS changes & Revystar repacking (around 40 products, 40,000 units to relabel)
  • Ongoing regular relabelling tasks (help-outs, special requirements – 6 cases scheduled)
  • Support Dangerous Goods (DG) labelling alignment ( review of all materials)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order labels from printing companies
  • Request label development/review to Regulatory team
  • Create SOP for each relabelling case
  • Coordinate relabelling tasks with the warehouse
  • Manage label inventory
  • Track and report progress in timely manner
  • Work with the planning team to set priorities
  • Use SAP to place POs and perform GRs, block/unblock batches, approve work cycles

Key Requirements:
  • Basic SAP in purchase orders and good receipting
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks effectively
