About the Role:
The Label Coordinator role involves coordinating label orders, managing relabelling with warehouses and tracking progress.
Label Coordinator will have strong organisational skills to manage our short-term labelling processes.
Scope:
- Assist in harmonising Poison 5&6 labelling (approx. :25-35 products, 45,000-65,000 units to relabel)
- Support New Zealand relabelling for EPA/GHS changes & Revystar repacking (around 40 products, 40,000 units to relabel)
- Ongoing regular relabelling tasks (help-outs, special requirements – 6 cases scheduled)
- Support Dangerous Goods (DG) labelling alignment ( review of all materials)
Key Responsibilities:
- Order labels from printing companies
- Request label development/review to Regulatory team
- Create SOP for each relabelling case
- Coordinate relabelling tasks with the warehouse
- Manage label inventory
- Track and report progress in timely manner
- Work with the planning team to set priorities
- Use SAP to place POs and perform GRs, block/unblock batches, approve work cycles
Key Requirements:
- Basic SAP in purchase orders and good receipting
- MS Office knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle administrative tasks effectively
