We’re on the lookout for an organised and proactive HR Administrator
to support the Workforce Staffing team in a fast-paced, multinational environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, high-volume HR setting and enjoys being at the heart of recruitment and onboarding operations.
You’ll play a vital role in supporting the staffing needs and ensuring that recruitment processes run smoothly, compliance standards are upheld, and new starters have a seamless onboarding experience.
The position can be based at either our Mulgrave or Craigieburn site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of new associates across multiple operational sites
- Support compliance audits, including eligibility checks, reporting accuracy, associate experience tracking and correct use of internal systems
- Monitor and maintain data integrity in workforce management platforms
- Identify and implement process improvements to lift efficiency and candidate experience
- Support wider projects within the Workforce Staffing function
- Ensure clear, consistent communication between stakeholders across the business
- Assist with other tasks as requested by Workforce Staffing Managers or Specialists
We’re after someone who’s highly organised, solutions-focused, and confident juggling competing deadlines. This is a people-facing role where confidentiality, professionalism and adaptability are key.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a Human Resources or recruitment setting
- At least 6 months in a customer service or stakeholder-facing environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a confidential and professional manner
- Completion of Year 12 or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar administrative role
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of work in a structured and compliant way
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence dealing with diverse teams
