HC Driver

Chandler Macleod is seeking a HC Driver to support the team at Baiada in Beresfield.

About the role
In your new role as HC Driver, you will be responsible for:
 

• Operate trucks in the yard, including safely reversing vehicles.
• Manage the loading and unloading of crates containing live birds.
• Secure trailers by properly strapping them.
• Perform cleaning duties, including washing down trailer bays and hosing down trucks.

About you
As a HC driver, you will hold a valid HC vehicle license. In addition, you will bring:

• Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia (legally entitled to work in Australia).
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation
• Ability to follow work instructions and work autonomously
• Comfortable working in an environment exposed to dust and handling raw products, including offal
• Excellent physical fitness with no existing injuries, as manual handling is an integral part of the job
