Grant Management and Compliance officers

Chandler Macleod is seeking Grant Management and Compliance officers to join our Federal Government client in Melbourne for a full time temporary assignment until June 2026 with further potential extension. 

We are seeking passionate and experienced individuals to join the team as:

• Support delivery and monitoring of grants and compliance activities
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with external stakeholders
• Make confident, defensible decisions using data and evidence
• Manage your workload independently and deliver results within deadlines
• Perform compliance assessments, including gathering information from providers
• Contribute to investigations and reporting activities with accuracy and attention to detail

To be suitable for this role you will have: 

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills to assess complex data sets and identify non-compliance
• Experience in grant compliance monitoring, including direct engagement with providers
• Ability to produce high-quality investigation reports and evidence-based enforcement briefs
• Demonstrated independence and initiative, with the ability to collaborate in virtual team environments
• Knowledge of Commonwealth grants frameworks and a strong eye for accuracy and detail
• Candidates must hold or be able to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance
