Finance Lead – Government | $150K + Super | Strategic Leadership Role

Our client, a respected government organisation based just 40km east from Perth CBD, is seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Lead to guide their finance team and shape long-term financial outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional looking to step into a senior role where they can drive real impact in the public sector.
 
As the Finance Lead, you will:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team
• Deliver long-term financial planning, forecasting, and strategic modelling
• Provide expert financial advice to senior leaders and stakeholders
• Drive budgeting, reporting, and compliance with public sector standards
• Foster a strong financial business partnering culture across departments

• Proven experience in a senior finance role (preferably in government or the public sector)
• Strong background in financial business partnering and strategy
• Demonstrated leadership of finance teams
• Experience in long-term financial planning and analysis

• Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA)

• Competitive salary of $150,000 + super
