Field Technician – Shepparton | Ongoing Role | Travel Required

Chandler Macleod is seeking experienced and technically skilled Field Technicians for ongoing work based in Shepparton, with regular travel across Australia.

We're looking for candidates with a solid background in field-based technical work —especially in troubleshooting, mechanical systems, and basic electrical tasks. This is a hands-on role requiring initiative, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair faults both on-site and in-factory
• Support SCADA systems, radio comms, and 12V DC electrical systems
• Complete documentation and job reports accurately
• Supervise on-site work and work collaboratively in the field
• Maintain vehicles and equipment to high standards

About You:

• Experience in field servicing, technical support, or maintenance roles
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of irrigation systems and pumps (desirable)
• Confident using technology and tools
• Enjoys working outdoors and travelling, being away from home
• Can work autonomously and solve problems on the go
• Strong communication and time management skills
