Facilities Coordinator

Facilities Coordinator | 5-Month Contract | $39–$47/hr + Super | Eight Mile Plains

We’ve partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company to recruit a full-time Facilities Coordinator for an initial 5-month contract, with strong potential for extension.

About the Role:
You'll manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including building services, maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and security—ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate building maintenance and contractor performance
• Implement tailored maintenance plans
• Oversee compliance with OH&S and Australian Standards
• Manage reporting across financials, safety, and service delivery
• Support the Facilities Manager with projects and business needs
• Ensure a safe, high-performing environment for all stakeholders

About You:

• 3+ years in Facilities Management
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proven experience with preventative maintenance and contractor oversight
• Sound understanding of compliance, safety, and reporting obligations

• $39–$47/hour + super
