Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced environments? We’re partnering with a leading mining company to find an exceptional EA to support senior executives at their Brisbane office. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact role, starting ASAP, and make a real difference within a dynamic and supportive team.
About the Role:
In this varied role, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to senior leaders, helping them stay focused and efficient. Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing and coordinating complex calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assisting with travel bookings and expense management
- Supporting projects and business initiatives as required
- Acting as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Anticipating needs, solving problems proactively, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Previous experience supporting senior executives, in large organisations
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing needs
- Experience with Concur and/or SAP systems
