We are seeking a highly capable and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our clients Executive Management Team. This is an initial three-month temporary position, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. You will play a key role in ensuring the Executive Team is informed, prepared, and supported across a wide range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative and executive support to the CEO and Executive Team
  • Draft, review, and coordinate professional communications, reports, and presentations
  • Conduct research and compile information to assist decision-making
  • Prepare agendas and take minutes for internal and external meetings
  • Liaise effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, including staff, clients, Board members, contractors, and external partners
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of organisational events and key projects
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of the Executive Team
  • Coordinate internal input for projects, reports, and external submissions
  • Support the implementation of IT system integrations and related initiatives
  • Ensure strict confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all matters
About You
  • Demonstrated experience supporting executive-level leaders in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion, maturity, and judgment
  • Competence in handling sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
  • Able to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders while maintaining a professional and courteous manner
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and adaptable
