⚡ Electrical Fitter – Day Shift | Full-Time Location: Two Wells, SA
Roster: Monday to Friday | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary:$89,000–$115,000 + Super (based on experience / roster)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a national leader in horticulture and fresh food production. This role is based at their cutting-edge glasshouse and packhouse facility in Two Wells, SA — a clean, fast-paced environment driven by automation, safety, and innovation.
This is a key day shift opportunity for an experienced electrical fitter to take ownership of critical utilities and site infrastructure, supporting the safe and efficient operation of the facility.

🔧 About the Role In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, fault-finding, and installation of essential electrical systems across the site. Working closely with the Engineering Manager and Maintenance Team, you’ll focus on:

• Servicing irrigation systems, pumps, bores, and water treatment plants
• Maintaining generators and backup power systems
• Performing fault-finding and repairs on control panels, motors, VSDs, and sensors
• Assisting with PLC-supported systems (basic troubleshooting; training available)
• Maintaining lighting, power distribution, and other critical site services
• Providing input into safety audits, continuous improvement, and compliance reporting

✅ What We’re Looking For

• A Class Electrical Licence (SA)
• Cert III in Electrotechnology or relevant trade qualification
• Solid experience across site utilities, infrastructure, or industrial maintenance
• Ability to work independently and prioritise maintenance tasks
• Experience with preventative and breakdown maintenance
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, control wiring, and automation systems
• High safety awareness and a strong troubleshooting mindset
• EWP, Forklift, and Working at Heights tickets (advantageous)

💰 What’s On Offer

• $95,000–$115,000 + Super (based on experience / roster)
• Day shift hours (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
