Electrical Instrumentation Supervisors

Are you an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor looking to make your mark on an exciting commissioning project? We’re seeking a highly skilled E&I Supervisors to join our clients team for the commissioning of a gold flotation processing plant. This is a FIFO role from Perth on a 9 days on / 5 days off roster for an initial 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the electrical and instrumentation scope during commissioning activities

  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and instrumentation for the flotation plant

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

  • Interface with project engineers, contractors, and client representatives to ensure timely project delivery

  • Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

  • Maintain and manage E&I documentation including ITPs, check sheets, and as-builts

  • Lead a team of electricians and instrument technicians to meet commissioning milestones

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Electrical Trade qualification (Cert III or higher)

  • WA Electrical Licence (essential)

  • Instrumentation Cert IV (highly desirable)

  • Extensive experience in commissioning mineral processing

  • Strong understanding of control systems, field instrumentation, and industrial electrical systems

  • Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience on remote site projects

  • Valid CPR/LVR, High Risk Work Licence (EWP), and Construction White Card

  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills

  • Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to problem-solving
