Availability:
Monday to Friday, 10+ hours per day (including travel). Weekend work may be required.

We’re looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in challenging and highly emotive environments. In this role, you will:
- Provide frontline support to communities impacted by disasters
- Serve customers in a professional and compassionate manner, including those in distress
- Deliver services both face-to-face and over the phone to ensure a positive customer experience
- Display resilience when handling enquiries and complaints from distressed customers
- Communicate clearly and confidently, even under pressure
- Collaborate with colleagues and key stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes
- Act with integrity, ensuring confidentiality and privacy of customer information
- Travel as needed within Recovery Centres in the designated regional areas
- Demonstrated experience in customer service roles (minimum 1 year)
- Experience in providing support to people experiencing trauma
- Strong computer and basic technical skills to assist with digital transactions
- Ability to work in high-volume, high-pressure environments
- A current Class C Drivers Licence
- Commitment to working 5+ days/week, 10+ hours/day, and on weekends if required
