Job Title: Disability Educational Support Officer – Adult Education

Pay rate: $33.96 p/h +super

About the Role:
We are seeking a supportive, dynamic and motivated Disability Educational Support Officer to assist adult learners with disabilities. You will work alongside educators to support learning goals, build independence, and help students succeed in a flexible adult education environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Support adult learners with disabilities in classroom and community settings
-Assist with educational plans and individual learning goals
-Foster learner confidence and engagement
-Maintain accurate progress records

Requirements:
-Certificate III/IV in Education Support, Disability, or similar (desirable)
-Experience working with adults with disabilities (preferred)
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Working with Children Check, (Victoria Employee) or willingness to obtain
