Dealer Principal – Heavy Vehicle Dealership


We’re looking for a Dealer Principal to lead a high-performing dealership through its next phase of strategic growth.


This is a pivotal, senior executive role overseeing the full commercial, operational and strategic direction of the dealership – including P&L ownership, sales leadership and team performance. You’ll work closely with the CEO and CFO, identifying new market opportunities, driving profitability and ensuring long-term business stability.


Key Responsibilities:

• Set and execute dealership strategy aligned to group goals
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and delivering P&L targets
• Lead and mentor GM, BDMs, department heads and sales teams
• Drive high performance across sales, service and operations
• Champion a customer-first, compliance-driven culture

Experience:

• Executive leadership experience in a truck or heavy vehicle dealership
• Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L management
• Experience leading across multiple departments (sales, service, pre-delivery, admin)
• A hands-on, strategic mindset with a track record of driving growth and operational excellence
