About the role:
 

• Extract, clean, and analyse operational data to support regional performance and service delivery insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Salesforce, and SAS.
• Conduct systematic research and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in service operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
• Support the development and implementation of data quality assurance processes.
• Assist in the coordination of data-related projects and contribute to project documentation and reporting.
• Provide technical advice and support to team members and stakeholders on data-related matters.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data reporting and analytics capabilities.

Skills required for this role:
 

• You will demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualisation.
• You will have sound understanding of the role of data in supporting regional service operations with experience in applying innovation to improve data processes and reporting outcomes.
• You will have awareness of the broader strategic and operational context affecting data use and reporting.
• You will have experience in identifying and resolving data issues and contributing to risk mitigation strategies.
• You will have experience in translating complex data into meaningful insights for non-technical audiences

• Full time hours Monday to Friday
• Newcastle locations
• $55.24 per hour + Super
