About the role:
- Extract, clean, and analyse operational data to support regional performance and service delivery insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Salesforce, and SAS.
- Conduct systematic research and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in service operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
- Support the development and implementation of data quality assurance processes.
- Assist in the coordination of data-related projects and contribute to project documentation and reporting.
- Provide technical advice and support to team members and stakeholders on data-related matters.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data reporting and analytics capabilities.
- You will demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualisation.
- You will have sound understanding of the role of data in supporting regional service operations with experience in applying innovation to improve data processes and reporting outcomes.
- You will have awareness of the broader strategic and operational context affecting data use and reporting.
- You will have experience in identifying and resolving data issues and contributing to risk mitigation strategies.
- You will have experience in translating complex data into meaningful insights for non-technical audiences
