Customer Service Officer 

Location: South-East Melbourne 
Contract Duration: 5th – 22nd August
Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Rate:$48.67 – $56.72 + super (based on experience)

We are currently seeking three Customer Service Officers to support the local government from 5–22 August, covering a total of 75 hours per week across a mix of part-time and full-time roles.

About the Role
In this short-term assignment, you’ll play a key role in managing rate-related customer enquiries via email.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer requests for rates notices
• Updating customer records
• Navigating the Contact Centre platform and Customer Request System ( TechOne)

Hours

• Part-time: 9am–2pm, Monday to Friday (25 hours/week)
• Full-time availability will also be considered

About You We’re looking for candidates who have:

• Previous contact centre and TechOne experience(highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience in high-volume, multi-channel customer service environments
