Customer Service Officer 
Location: Mulgrave 
Permanent Full time role 
Shift hours - 8:30am - 4:45pm (Monday to Friday)

We are currently recruiting a permanent opportunity for our Client based in Mulgrave.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outstanding support to valued customers
• Resolve inquiries with efficiency
• Collaborate with a team that values your input and ideas
• Share a workload of 100-150 calls per day and shared inbox management

The role will be based 100% onsite.
