Are you a customer service professional with a strong call centre background? Our client, a respected name in the utilities sector, is looking for reliable and committed individuals to join their friendly team in Keswick, Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and care
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions regarding utility services
• Maintain and update customer records using internal systems
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery

About You:

• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is essential
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to full-time work
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
