Procurement and Contract Management Lead.

L ocation: Footscray/Hybrid work arrangement 
Duration: 6-Month Contract potential of extension 
Fixed Term Contract: Pro Rata Salary of $130,000 p.a.

Shape Procurement for Purpose-Driven Outcomes
We’re looking for an experienced Procurement and Contract Management Lead to join a purpose-led organisation at a pivotal time.
This six-month contract role will see you working closely with the CFO and General Manager of Corporate Services to uplift procurement capability, streamline frameworks, and embed consistent, compliant practices that deliver real value.
This is your chance to lead meaningful change while supporting a collaborative, improvement-focused culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead a comprehensive review of procurement and contract management frameworks
  • Update and implement policies, tools, and templates across the organisation
  • Provide expert advice and hands-on support to teams managing sourcing and contracts
  • Deliver training and resources to uplift internal procurement knowledge and capability
  • Recommend and support improvements to systems, workflows, and compliance
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong understanding of government procurement frameworks and compliance requirements
  • Experience leading procurement and contract improvements in regulated environments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and training skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and project management capability
