Construction & Project Planner | P6

Are you an accomplished P6 Construction & Proj ect Planner available for a mid-June start, on a 12 month labour hire contract, based on-site Monday to Friday on the Kwinana Strip?

We are assisting our client to source a P6 Planning Specialist to share responsibilities for Construction and Project Planning during the engineering, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of the Expansion Project.

About the role
The role will be required to interface closely with engineering and construction contractors, as the owner’s Construction Planner.

The role will be responsible for developing detailed construction schedules, planning logic, and work pack logic to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.

The role will collaborate with project planners, shutdown planners, and other stakeholders to maintain the integrity of the project schedule and track progress.

What We Need From You:

• A strong focus on safety and safe work practices
• Extensive experience in project planning, providing crucial support for capital project planning, governance and decision-making processes.
• Extensive experience with Primavera P6 Professional, and EPCM environment in brownfield chemicals and/or oil and gas setting. 
• Engineering qualification or other formal qualifications in the construction planning field
