Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
Join a purpose-driven organisation making a real difference in the lives of people across NSW. Our client is currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Officer
to join their Newcastle team in a brand-new office located in the heart of the CBD.
About the Role
As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service while managing a caseload of approximately 50 estate or trust matters. You'll work closely with clients, beneficiaries, and internal teams to provide timely, empathetic, and reliable service, ensuring a high standard of estate and trust administration.
This is a full-time, onsite role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and progress a caseload of trust or estate administration matters
- Provide responsive, insightful, and compassionate support to clients and beneficiaries
- Communicate clearly and regularly to ensure client needs are met and expectations managed
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver consistent and high-quality services
- Contribute to positive customer experiences in alignment with our client's six service values: insightfulness, empathy, personalisation, convenience, time value, and satisfaction
You are highly organised, self-motivated, and thrive in a client-focused, fast-paced environment. You are confident managing competing priorities and pride yourself on your ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism.
