This agency is known for having a great culture across different teams and have excellent office locations.  A great opportunity for a Business Support Officer to join this busy team for a 12-month assignment.
 
About the role:
 

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across both Divisions, and relevant recruitment business partners.
  • Supporting internal and external APS and Labour Hire recruitment activities through collating Selection Reports, requesting references and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Providing high-level administrative support and managing confidential and sensitive information.
  • Manage and action onboarding and offboarding activities, including ICT Service Desks requests, building passes, system access, internal and external move forms, and first day emails.
  • Monitoring and actioning correspondence through a shared mailbox, assigning and actioning internal work items.
 
You will have:
 
  • You will efficiently manage multiple priority tasks and deadlines under pressure.
  • You will have strong written and verbal communication for interacting with internal and external stakeholders and drafting documents.
  • You will have high level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing enquiries, reports, and recruitment matters.
  • You will have intermediate competence in using office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and other relevant tools for scheduling, document preparation, and communication.
  • You will have ability to work collaboratively with team members and build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • You will have flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments, and to support various functions as needed.
 
Benefits:
 
  • ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
  • 12-month temporary assignment with the possibility of extension
  • Full time hours Monday to Friday
  • Geelong location + hybrid working from home options.
  • $55.24 hourly + Super
