Business Development Manager - Packaging

As part of our continued investment in growth and customer success, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to take ownership of our Queensland territory.

About the Role: This is a key commercial role focused on driving business growth across both new and existing accounts. You’ll work strategically to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and deliver high-impact solutions that meet customer needs and align with our sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across the territory
  
  
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring retention and satisfaction
  
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across technical, operations, and marketing teams
  
  
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory targets
  
  
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer industries and packaging trends
  
  
• Represent the brand with professionalism and a focus on long-term value creation
  
  

• Proven experience in B2B business development or sales, ideally in manufacturing, packaging, or industrial sectors
  
  
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate complex contracts
  
  
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  
  
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset
  
  
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a national team
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across QLD as required
  
  

• Base salary of $110k–$120k, commensurate with experience
  
  
• Superannuation at 11.5%
  
  
• Company vehicle or car allowance
