As part of our continued investment in growth and customer success, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager
to take ownership of our Queensland territory.
About the Role:
This is a key commercial role focused on driving business growth across both new and existing accounts. You’ll work strategically to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and deliver high-impact solutions that meet customer needs and align with our sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across the territory
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across technical, operations, and marketing teams
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory targets
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer industries and packaging trends
- Represent the brand with professionalism and a focus on long-term value creation
- Proven experience in B2B business development or sales, ideally in manufacturing, packaging, or industrial sectors
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate complex contracts
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a national team
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across QLD as required
- Base salary of $110k–$120k, commensurate with experience
- Superannuation at 11.5%
