About the Role
Are you a commercially driven Business Development Manager ready to take your career to the next level with one of the world's most recognised FMCG brands? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic BDM to manage key retail and distributor relationships across NSW.
This is a pivotal role focused on driving growth, increasing market share, and executing brand strategies at store level. You’ll be empowered to build strong partnerships and bring category plans to life in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of retail and independent accounts across the NSW region.
- Execute channel and customer-specific plans to deliver sales and profit targets
- Build strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and key decision-makers
- Analyse data and insights to identify growth opportunities and drive in-store execution
- Collaborate closely with national account teams, category, and marketing functions
- Deliver training and support to ensure product visibility and compliance
You’re passionate about sales, love building relationships, and thrive in a competitive, results-driven environment. Ideally, you bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in FMCG sales or account management
- Proven success in driving growth in retail or distributor channels
- Strong understanding of grocery, independent, or route trade environments
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across NSW.
