Chandler Macleod is seeking a highly capable Business Assurance Program Delivery Manager to support a key Victorian Government agency in delivering strategic business assurance, risk, and continuity initiatives. This is a contract opportunity to lead high-impact programs that strengthen organisational resilience and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver enterprise-wide programs focused on risk management and business continuity.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to embed assurance practices and improve internal capability.
• Provide strategic guidance and high-quality reporting to executive stakeholders and governance committees.
• Manage and mentor a team of subject matter experts across risk, continuity, and governance.
• Support the development of a mature risk culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage with sector partners and government agencies on shared reform priorities.
• Drive improvements in governance frameworks and decision-making processes.

About You:

• A minimum of five years' experience delivering programs across enterprise risk, business assurance, or governance.
• Strong background in government, public sector, consulting, or complex organisational environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead high-performing teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, risk, governance, or a related discipline. An MBA or professional membership is desirable.
• A proactive and strategic mindset with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.

Contract Details:

• Start date: Late May 2025
• Duration: 6 months (until late November 2025)
• Engagement: Labour hire through Chandler Macleod
• Requirements: Working rights, National Police Check, triple COVID-19 vaccination, one professional reference
