Business Analyst - DER Optimisation

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join a specialised Distributed Energy Resources (DER) team supporting the optimisation of solar integration and associated systems. This role will be responsible for capturing and documenting key processes and procedures linked to new team responsibilities, as well as providing operational support to manage inbound issues from customers, OEMs, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinating support across multiple inboxes and tracking issues via a ticketing system to ensure timely resolution and updates.
• Supporting documentation and process standardisation across technical and operational activities.
• Assisting with stakeholder meetings by capturing actions, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Developing and maintaining a schedule of recurring operational tasks (e.g. OEM audits, system testing cycles, regulatory updates).
• Supporting stakeholder communications regarding critical system changes and seasonal updates.

• Exceptionally organised with strong written communication skills
• Comfortable translating technical information into structured documentation
• Confident engaging with various stakeholders and internal teams
• Ideally, you’ve got experience or awareness of the energy market or DER environments
• Known for being pragmatic, adaptable, and outcome-focused
