Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Associate Change Analyst
to join our Federal Government client for a full time 12 month temporary assignment with potential extension. This role can be based in ACT, Melbourne or Brisbane with hybrid working.
This organisational change role supports technical delivery by acting as a bridge between the program and the business. You will work alongside diverse stakeholders, engaging and collaborating as a trusted and influential team member. The position focuses on planning and implementing change activities, ensuring successful adoption of changes across the organisation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with impacted business groups to understand current systems and processes, proposed changes, and their implications.
- Build and maintain strategic networks with stakeholders to create a supportive environment for change.
- Provide change management support, ensuring project teams understand the benefits of change management.
- Assist in developing a variety of change and communication artefacts, such as change management plans, impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, procedures, and other deliverables.
- Proven experience in delivering and implementing end-to-end change, driving engagement and adoption.
- Experience managing complex change initiatives.
- Demonstrable hands-on execution of change strategies and deliverables.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and resolve conflicts effectively across all audience levels.
- Ability to establish and sustain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with recognised change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
- Understanding of Agile project methodologies and experience with change management in Agile environments.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI is advantageous.
