About the role:

•    Overseeing and leading data and analytics requirements for participant and provider digital products.
•    Acting as a primary contact point in the coordination of production and support for digital products, working with technical specialists, addressing efficiency, robustness and usability of current digital products.
•    Working and collaborating with Product Owners across all phases of design, build and operations of the participant and provider digital products and staff portal. 
•    Supervising Business Analysts providing guidance, support, professional development and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. 
•    Working closely with senior leadership, stakeholders, users, identifying and prioritise problems or issues requiring attention.
•    Capturing key insights around user and customer experience gaps, current processes and accessibility. 

Skills required for this role:

•    Leading a team of business analysts and service designers in providing guidance, support, professional development and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. 
•    Leading the end to end delivery of projects through the design and build phases. 
•    Supporting Domain Owner in presenting outputs and documentation for approval. 
•    Ensuring design & build priorities are clear, delivered and Domain Owners are aware of risks. 
•    Defining requirements to support development of artefacts and user stories. 
•    Providing context of key design & build considerations while supporting and enabling teams.  
•    Facilitating stakeholder sessions and showcases with internal and external stakeholders. 
•    Ensuring product is fit-for-purpose for both participants and internal end users. 
•    Guiding development of prototypes and testing within the team ensuring designs are refined based on feedback. 
•    Acting as a primary point of contact in resolving any issues that arise during the development process, facilitating communication and collaboration across different business areas ensuring speedy resolutions. 


Benefits:

•    Full time hours Monday to Friday 
•    Geelong, Melbourne, Brisbane and Surry Hills locations 
•    $602.55 daily + Super
