A dynamic, data-driven advisory firm specialising in strategic insights for location-based property decisions is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from recent or soon-to-be university graduates seeking an entry-level Analyst
position.

Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis - Collect, clean, and analyse data using defined tools and methods. Produces charts, maps, tables, and written content for reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all outputs.
- Research & Insight Generation - Conduct targeted research on industries, markets, or client-specific topics. Summarise findings clearly and support the development of models, simulations, and hypothesis testing. This may also include field trips and other such activities.
- Reporting and Delivery – Contribute to team deliverables and discussions, write relevant sections within reports, proactively share information, and support client communication, including responding to queries and taking minutes. Proofread and review work for clarity, consistency, and quality.
- Project Coordination - Assist with tracking project tasks and timelines in coordination with team members, adjusting outputs based on priorities and deadlines to meet quality and timeliness standards.
- Professional Development & Industry Awareness - Take ownership of learning through active participation in training and working groups. Begin to develop awareness of industry trends, regulatory developments, and client needs.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Degree ideally in Property Economics, Economics, Analytics, Finance etc.
- An interest/passion for the Property Sector is desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A willingness to challenge the status quo and take ownership of personal growth
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Collaborative and team player
