Join a dynamic team and play a key role in keeping operations moving!
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Allocations Officer
to join our team in a full-time, ongoing temp role. You’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, responsible for updating schedules, coordinating jobs, and allocating tradesmen and machinery across a variety of projects.
In this busy position, you will work from our client site in Wetherill Park from Monday to Friday 7.30AM to 5.30PM
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and update daily job schedules
- Allocate tradesmen and equipment to appropriate jobs
- Communicate with internal teams and field staff to ensure seamless job coordination
- Manage last-minute changes and problem-solve on the go
- Work closely with supervisors and project managers to meet deadlines and resource needs
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Experience in scheduling, workforce allocation, or similar (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Supportive team environment
