Join a dynamic team and play a key role in keeping operations moving!

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Allocations Officer to join our team in a full-time, ongoing temp role. You’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, responsible for updating schedules, coordinating jobs, and allocating tradesmen and machinery across a variety of projects.
In this busy position, you will work from our client site in Wetherill Park from Monday to Friday 7.30AM to 5.30PM

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and update daily job schedules

  • Allocate tradesmen and equipment to appropriate jobs

  • Communicate with internal teams and field staff to ensure seamless job coordination

  • Manage last-minute changes and problem-solve on the go

  • Work closely with supervisors and project managers to meet deadlines and resource needs

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities

  • Experience in scheduling, workforce allocation, or similar (preferred)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
