Are you an experienced administrator looking for a short-term opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in a busy and rewarding environment? We’re seeking a motivated and detail-focused Administration Officer
to step in and provide expert support across a broad range of administrative functions.
What you’ll be doing
This role offers variety and scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Providing professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting executive-level administration, including business papers, agendas, reports, and meeting minutes
- Preparing high-quality documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
- Coordinating policy and procedure updates and managing digital content to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Assisting with donation programs, project coordination, and document management
- Supporting corporate systems and providing basic troubleshooting and training to team members
- Ordering office supplies, processing purchase orders, and maintaining budget records
- Demonstrated experience in high-level administrative support roles
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe InDesign, and content management systems
- Experience using corporate platforms such as Content Manager, Pulse, Authority, or InfoCouncil
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- A collaborative approach and a strong customer service mindset
- A current Class C driver’s licence
- Immediate start available
