Financial Accountant – Logan/Springwood | $80K–$115K + Super | 1 Day WFH

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join a fast-paced and expanding business in the heavy vehicle servicing and truck sales sector. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys end-to-end financial management, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate and timely financial insights.


You'll work closely with the CFO and broader leadership team across two office locations (Underwood & Springwood – just 15 minutes apart), with the flexibility to work from home one day a week once fully settled in.


Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of financial reporting across multiple branches
• Intercompany reconciliations, banking, and loan reporting
• P&L analysis, forecasting, and job costing
• Ensuring costs are accurately captured and considered during quoting
• Supporting payroll and assisting with inter-branch reconciliations
• Producing clear, fast, and insightful reports for the CFO/CEO
• Streamlining reporting procedures with minimal reliance on spreadsheets
• Mentoring junior staff and contributing to a collaborative team culture

About You

• Essential: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Previous exposure to logistics or manufacturing environments is highly advantageous but not essential
• Able to take initiative and work autonomously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working across two sites (both within 15 minutes of each other)
• Available to start immediately or on short notice

The Offer

• Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 + Super
• Work Hours: 7:20 AM – 4:30 PM  (flexibility avaible)
• 1 day WFH flexibility
